I upgraded two device with no issues.

We have always excluded the Telemetry component, so that issue wouldn't affect us. We're looking to use 2402 LTSR in our new domain, so they will all be net-new builds.

@Matt Nation can you DM me your full installer logs? Did you create a support case?

@Rody Kossen 82805014 was opened. They simply suggested an uninstall and vda cleanup and try again. If you give me log locations I don’t mind gathering
