Hello everyone, has anyone else experienced that since VPX version 14.1.X the ICA sessions are disconnected during a HA failover? We can reproduce this behaviour in version NS14.1 25.56 in our DEV and PROD environment. EDT sessions are not affected, only HDX via TCP

Double check to make sure you still have Session Reliability on HA Failover enabled, and that Session Reliability is enabled for all sessions.

Since we haven't HDX Insights enabled, it isn't necessary to enable the Session Reliability on NetScaler. But we've tested it also with enabled Session Reliability on NetScaler and also there too, all sessions except the EDT Session has been closed performing a failover.

If you don't have that feature enabled under ICA parameters you get disconnects. If I enable that setting then my sessions stay connected during HA.

Do you have HDX Insights enabled for the ICA Sessions?

I enable it on both insight enabled and disabled, since it covers both. I have had scenarios where clients have not had it enabled, and have not used insight and it didn't reconnect. so better to just set it enabled as standard.
