Hey all, some time ago since i customized a netscaler gateway. Is there a way to modify Logout Page? All is looking nice with a modified RfWebUI, however logout page defaults to old X1 theme and (for me) no possibility to modify.......
got it. /var/netscaler/logon/themes/X1/css/base.css
Does anybody know if the X1 can be replaced with a custom X1?

I am pretty sure you can replace it.

What’s the URI path on that? Curious what page is loading

How did you modify the login page? The logout base background etc. should match the login. I’m not finding anything specific to the logout, so I’d expect it to match the login theme. Customization instructions can be found here https://docs.netscaler.com/en-us/netscaler-gateway/current-release/vpn-user-config/customize-user-portal-for-vpn-users.html

Could you specify your question? The sign in is against Azure.

X1 theme is deprecated and shouldn't be in use. Are you sure your theme is based on RfWebUI and not X1? Was there ever a custom theme created other than cloning the portal theme via the admin UI? Asking as historically there had been numerous ways to do theme customizations and perhaps there is more than one customization going on
Using an RfWebUI-based custom theme, by default at timeout this is what we should see. It pulls the customizations as defined on the portal theme. It would similarly look like this if the user was sent to tmlogout.html as well.

Thats pretty weird, however I´m experiencing this X1 logout at various customers, so I think its kind of normal? The GW runs with a custom RfWebUI-based Theme. Can provide more details on monday..

@Michael Shuster sorry for the late replay, i´m stuck here. This is where all looks fine when the user is logged out because inactivity:
.. and this is the same appliance using the logout-button in storefront:
