I'm working with a customer, who's experiencing problems, when installing the VDA on a bunch of newly created Win11 23H2 VMs. The installation of VDA works, but when pressing "Finished" in GUI, Windows crashes with no apparent cause. If the VM is started, VM registers with DDC and users are able to work on the VDA. Everything between 5 minutes to 24 hours, the VDA crashes again. Anyone seen this behaviour before? No - Citrix Recommended Antivirus Exclusions are not in place 🙂 Citrix VDA 2203CU5 XenServer 8.2 Windows 11 23H2

Did you check that "resume on fail" option during install? I've had that not work so many times, that I no longer select it

Can you install the VDA before the av?

Its a SCCM created image, with av included, but I asked them to try with a clean Win11. No answer yet
