08/12/2024, 4:25 PMHas anyone seen an issue where sessions connected via HTML5 work but ones via normal reciever drop during logon? The only errors on the VM are RPM 10 and 12 - Connection broken unexpectedly for user x, session y.
Session reliability suspended the connection for user x, session y. (EDT is off on the site and DTLS turned off. This seems to be happning on a single delivery group running VDA 2407. No drops on network firewall.)

10/21/2024, 12:09 PMDid anyone find a solution on this? Seeing the exact same scenario on a recent update we are testing. Server 2019, VDA upgraded from 2402 CU1 to 2407. Launch from Mac or Windows Workspace fail during login, launch as a web session works fine.

10/21/2024, 4:56 PMRolled back to the prior snapshot, and updated everything except the VDA. Same issue. 🤨
Running another test now, but leaving both the VDA and WEM as current working production and just updating the OS / Apps.

10/21/2024, 6:44 PMStill broken. Will do another test excluding the Windows updates. Looking at logs something is terminating the session reliability connection at the point that the underlying desktop session is opened.

10/21/2024, 9:01 PMOk. Looks like i'm chasing ghosts. There is an issue still with 2407 based images on any device i try, Mac, Windows, iPad.
But the followup issues i had accessing published apps after reverting those changes seem to be unique to my work Mac running Sequoia.

10/21/2024, 9:02 PMoh btw, one thing I just remembered. Part of the problem I had was an older Citrix Workspace client I had on my Windows machine that I tested with.

10/24/2024, 11:59 PMHad to roll my Mac back to earlier OS. Something is really broken with networking on 15.0.1 so my fix was two fold, go back to the LTSR VDA for overall stability and reinstall my laptop OS because of a broken point release. 🤬
