Anyone running into issues with Workspace App 2405 and sessions not connecting properly? We've been having several calls a day now where the workspace client fails to connect to the session, but the session stays active on the server and does not register properly in the Citrix console. We're using CVAD 2402, Server 2019. The only errors we see on the server are "Connection broken unexpectedly for user <username>, session <ID>." It looks like this may be fixed in workspace app 2405.1 but haven't confirmed yet. When the user attempts to reconnect, they hit a different server and get a "profile in use" error since their session never registered properly in the Citrix console.

Yes. Have been moving off 2405 as quickly as it gets installed.

Our Helpdesk has been seeing randomly session connection issues since 7/29, in WA 2403, 2405, user clicks on session to launch and it never happens. Other profiles on the same system can launch sessions fine, just not that user. Blowing away the local use profile does fix the issue, very frustrating..

Are you just reverting back or bumping it up to the 2405.1 build? We've been seeing the session launch failures too, are on-premise or in the cloud? We're seeing it with both.

We have been reverting, but there wasn't a 2405.1 when we started having the issues.

there was a KB out for 2405 connection issues due to something there. So they re-released to 2405.1 is my understanding

They should update to the GA releases, yes.
