Having a bit of hard time switching from CPU to flexed licenses on VPX. Using cloud Netscaler ADM and ADM connector. Deleted existing connection to license server (adm connector) and now cant seem to re-add with pooled allocation. It wont let me add bandwidth. Does anyone have any tips for this? I have not rebooted netscaler yet. Also what is this account?

this should be your netscaler console profiles which you've created in in console, this in turn uses login credentials for the NetScaler e.g. nsroot profile

@Henry Heres sorry for dumb question, are those console profiles created in Netscaler console? I am using the cloud one.

OK I see what it is, the profile has the credentials that console uses to connect to Netscaler. But I am trying to connect from Netscaler to the ADM connector.
ok I got everything working. 1. I needed to install bandwidth licenses in addition to regular VPX license. 2. Restored VPX from last full backup and pointed it at the connector though I still had same authentication error but it let me add bandwidth. 3. Removed it from Netscaler console and re-added with updated profile.
