Anyone else with NetScaler Console Service and instances stuck in grace? just got a query from a customer seeing the same

Looks like it is starting to resolve itself. Coincidentally they just pushed an update to the agents.

seems so, I'll check with the customer also

A few instances still stuck in grace despite being connected to license server. Giving it a few hours before I start rebooting stuff.
k
I bet we'll see these errors more now that the licensing models update, but time will tell
e
Remaining instances came through a few hours later. No reboot needed 🤷

That's how it should work, only thing is that does the licensing "survive" if the appliance gets rebooted for some reason?
or does it need to be able to get the license after reboot... if it does, it'll be a bit scary, and how does it behave if we lose the agent... I think we need to consider adding agents to each customer site (we only have one now) when we shift to the new licensing model
