07/21/2024, 11:39 PMDoes anyone know if Citrix have reinstated the RSS feeds with their support site revamp? I used to monitor this URL but it's no longer working and I can't find any feeds on the new site.

08/07/2024, 9:47 AMWe have a case open and they're suggesting:
1. Go to the Menu: Access the main menu on the platform.
2. Navigate to Support: Select the 'Support' option from the menu.
3. Select My Support Alerts: Choose 'My Support Alerts' to subscribe to the alerts.
That means RSS feeds are not publicly available anymore...

08/13/2024, 10:48 AMI got the same feedback yesterday via our partner product manager, along with "we are looking at alternatives (to RSS)" so maybe something will be done about it if enough people ask.
