Is there a way to grant a user Remote Assistance permissions in Director w/out them also seeing the Activity Manager (and all the open applications/files)? We have a request to give a non IT person access to be able to shadow some users when needed. I've got things pretty narrowed down w/ a custom role permissions but Shadow seems to be tied to the Activity Manager unless i'm missing something?

https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/director/install-and-configure/advanced-configuration.html should be possible, we looked into it once, but from what we gathered you will need to either disable it for everyone, or set up a dedicated director server for those users who should not see activity manager.
