I have setup a new 2402 Web Studio for a customer, got proper SSL certs on the delivery controllers so we don't have to verify when connecting. However in environments that can't reach the delivery controllers it errors out. I figured proxy mode would work, so I set that up, but it still won't allow networks that can't access the delivery controllers to connect. It brings up the select a new delivery controller option. Is there something I have to do in IIS to get the proxy working correctly?

07/18/2024, 1:19 PMWell, I found the issue. It helps if you actually use the FQDN of the Web Studio, instead of the FQDN of the controllers they are using. So today's idiot is the me.
