Hi all, Office 365 + Server 2019 (AD joined only) non-persistent (PVS) all on-prem - CVAD 2203 LTSR - FAS SSO - Citrix UPM file based - DaaS Cloud Service for management plane While O365 apps works with shared activation and shellbridge in place, Outlook is never stable (prompting for password, showing odd errors, flashing for auth, and occasionally showing "needs password" I have been searching for a while now for the correct setup that would actually work. Many are simply joining the workload to Azure which gets them a refresh token and simplify authentication. Unfortunately this is not an option for this environment (for now).. I am looking to know if anyone here nailed this already. Interested to know what reg keys and/or folders/files to include/sync in UPM to support this. also what reg keys/values are proven to have worked to achieve SSO for outlook without prompting for password on every session launch. Have you tested out with UPM Containers for the Office 365 info? Also what is your caching configuration for outlook?

Trying to avoid containers and keep it file based. Outlook is in Online mode. Users will only need to use outlook to send an email from their business app, so outlook itself is not being primarily used as a published app… it’s there to support a functionality for a business app (which is published over Citrix)
@Jeff Riechers I have seen your posts online helping about the topic. Do you think I am missing something obvious here? I am looking for inclusion/exclusion list for files/regkeys that works… So far I could only find conflicting info online… cheers
