Anyone elses companyname.cloud.com pages loading to a white screen? or just mine?

Upon actually logging in, it's loading to a white page..

Our smartbees monitors are kicking off about it every few minutes.

The wording is weird though, it says it "through a browser" but its seems to be affecting some workspace app installations too. My mac for instance will load through the workspace app but if I open a browser on the same machine I get the white page. There may be some caching going on and perhaps thats why the app is working.

yes. I've linux thin client users having the same issue.

Does service continuity mitigate this, if set up previously?

If its already posted on their status page, I don't usually log anything with them. If its not on their status page, I will log an incident. @Shane Swacus. Thats my decision tree.

Same, I called in for this case when it first happened and they updated it while I was on the call with them.

@Corey Tracey I'm not 100% sure. This may be why I'm still able to access resources on my mac but not on my igel thin clients or a browser. It seems to be a dns issue from what I can tell so in theory, service continuity should mitigate this but I'm not able tell definitively yet.

Not all my instances are affected

device continuity works for our workstation but one user we reinstalled the app without knowing theres an outtage so now hes stuck.

We are starting to get users back in now. for us if you were connected before the issue happened at 9:40ish you worked fine and could even to launch additional apps in the workspace app.
