I have a general question. fyi: This used to work. But we have a script/automation. When we spin up a new server in VMware it boots once and auto logs in as Administrator and joins the machine to the Domain. Then it reboots and tries to run some scripts from a network share, but it is prompting for the Network creds. It also says username and password is incorrect. If I enter a domain user it will go through, but it is trying to log in with newserver\administrator. The share's smb and ntfs has Everyone - Full Admin. I have looked at dozen of articles, but nothing seems to apply. Both servers are 2019. Does anyone here have any ideas?

I guess you need anonymous access. Have a look in the SMB Client/Server Eventlog.
