What are your thoughts about Zach’s post? Zach does raise important questions about relying on a single vendor but he focuses on Google as the solution. Are Google and MSFT the only top choices available? (Not a leading question; I really want to know. ) Thank you for your insights.

Zach indeed raises important points about the potential risks of relying on a single vendor. While Google and Microsoft are often highlighted as leading cloud service providers, they are not the only top choices available. We chose Oracle as our cloud provider for Workspaces for Oracle for several key reasons: 1. Performance and Reliability: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) provides a high-performance, reliable platform that meets our stringent requirements for speed and uptime. 2. Security: Oracle has a strong focus on security, which is paramount for our customers who need isolated and secure workspaces. 3. Cost-Effectiveness: Oracle offers competitive pricing and cost-saving advantages that allow us to deliver high-quality services without inflating costs. 4. Integration Capabilities: Oracle’s cloud services are highly integrated with our existing technologies, allowing seamless deployment and management of our workspace solutions. 5. Enterprise Support: Oracle provides robust support for enterprise customers, ensuring we have the resources and assistance needed to maintain and grow our services. By leveraging Oracle, we believe we can offer a superior solution that addresses the needs of our customers more effectively than alternatives. I hope this gives you a clearer picture of why we opted for Oracle. You can try it here https://app.kasmweb.com/#/cast/windows

Some governments are mandating a multi-cloud / multi-vendor strategy - to meet compliance a government agency in Singapore has to have a min of 3 cloud vendors and swap them out via GCC framework - UK has sort of similar ethosed thing in G-cloud - deep (ctrl-f on "GCC") in this blog there are some links to some articles... https://www.eginnovations.com/blog/what-is-supercloud-what-to-consider-when-monitoring-and-observing-the-a-supercloud/
