Going to just throw this out here. Upgraded NetScalers from 13.0 to 13.1 to 14.1.21.57 on Sunday. Most of our users are on-prem, but we are testing cloud. Cloud users are having difficulty obtaining a connection on the first attempt, but eventually are able to make connections. I am using the NetScalers as the connection point, not the Cloud Connectors as the cloud connectors introduce a significant amount of latency into the connection. On-prem users are not having any issues. Anybody see anything similar?
