Looking to force .pdf FTA for Adobe Reader/Acrobat - searching old threads, most people seem to be using SetUserFTA but when I went to download it, I noticed it appears to be only free for private/non-commercial use? Since we have WEM, can anyone advise if the in-built FTA functionality is reliable now? Thanks.

Can agree, WEM is the way. Had to do this to prevent edge updates from constantly resetting it back to edge.

Have implemented .pdf FTA with Adobe via WEM and seems to be working in general i.e. when opening pdf's from Explorer. However, when downloading a PDF via the browser, it insists on opening it with MSEdge. Pretty sure MSEdge is set not to update in our Master Images, so don't believe Edge is resetting. Anyone else seen this?

There is a Chrome/MS Edge policy to turn off the built in PDF reader
