I have Windows 10 22H2 with FSLogix 2210 HF3 and Teams V2 installed. Citrix PVS is used for machine provisioning. FSLogix profile and ODFC containers are in use. UWP such as Teams V2 and UWP Calculator cannot be started in Citrix Session. Teams is visible in the start menu, but Get-AppxPackage -Name "teams*" returns nothing. If I delete the ODFC container and log in again, the UWP's can be used. It works if I log in on the same computer with administrator rights, but then no FSLogix is used. Any hints ?

Was Teams v1 data previously present in the ODFC Container?
m
yes
b
Didn't had the case until now. I know that a side by side installation is only supported in persistent environments. Maybe@Marco Zimmermann has an idea?
m
If I delete the AppPackages.xml from mounted ODFC Container and login again, Teams V2 will working now.
I will try this setting
b
I have a possible migration scenario: Include Teams could be set to disabled in the ODFC Container, so it shouldn't use the data from the ODFC Container anymore. This can be achieved using object specific settings: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\FSLogix\ODFC\SID-XXX-XXX\IncludeTeams DWORD=0000000

I think this is not an issue, teams v1 and teams v2 can be used parallel in the same VM
If we delete the AppPaclages.xml in the mounted Container it will work after the next logon.

We have some changes to our behavior with new Teams when using Profile and ODFC that we've yet to release. I am verifying with our team whether or not those changes will affect this scenario. I have not seen or heard about this behavior before, but will take a look.
@Matthias Schlimm Can you share with me directly or in this thread all the details about your configuration and environment. This is completely new information and I'd like to try and repro the behavior.

@Jason Parker sure, after easter please, I come back to you
