running 2311 on server 2019. previously things ran fine on 2305 but post update we have seen issues with a published app for File Explorer and another app where there are issues. The agent delay doesn't seem to be working any longer as the app starts before the cmd window disappears even though that setting is still the same 3000ms. I've reverted back to 2305 and the behavior disappears.

thanks for the information! will try it at local env. have you seen any hint in the log files?

I have not seen anything in the log that seems out of the ordinary. only from an experience perspective is it noticible because a mapped drive that is supposed to be the target isnt there so the user sees the os drive lock down message
