We've load balanced Igel UMS WebApp console using Netscaler . Its giving "Shadowing Terminated" error while trying to connect to any devices.. has anyone seen similar issue

Just tried both cookieinsert and source-ip, still getting the same error

On the servicegroup (or service), disable connection multiplexing
