I am curious to know what people's experiences have been like with the NetScaler Console Service (formerly ADM service). In trying to transition to it to make use of the extra security features (specifically the file monitoring service) I have been frustrated by how poorly things work. My Infrastructure analytics dashboard is broken and doesn't show any instances, even though they show up under instances, CVE remediation configuration templates are missing, scheduled scans don't always complete, and worst of all the file monitoring we are particularly interested in is not only not automated, but its yielding false positives on modified files. Is anyone finding the service reliable and worthwhile?

Have you logged a call with support. Sounds like this is something that should be raised to support or escalated to your TAM.

Yes, of course. Four cases open and so far most of them are being escalated up the chain for further investigation.
