I have an ADM question. Have a customer with a huge ADM integration to all their netscalers. Moving to cloud ADM is not an option, because if there is an internet outage, they still need to manage the NetScalers from it. Is there any way to forward data from ADM to ADM Service? Looking at ingressing Citrix HDX Analytics to Security Analytics.

You should be able to connect the on-prem instance to the cloud service, but I am not sure how much you'll get on the HDX analytics side of things... e.g. I'm not sure if it forwards all metrics over or not. https://docs.netscaler.com/en-us/netscaler-application-delivery-management-software/current-release/cloud-connector. I have been trying to transition to Netscaler Console Service in the cloud for a couple of weeks and my experience so far has been frustrating. Lots of things just simply not working.

You can have multiple adms linked to the netscalers. We have just that for our global service. On prem adms with director integration configured and local systems teams access, and admin service for global visability. Both have hdx analytics enabled and Citrix confirmed it's supported.

Care to share your netscaler config? Because I tried using next on the appflow binding when both had end and neither worked.
