Can anybody point me at instructions on installing the "New Outlook" on a 2019 Server OS? Using the Setup.exe provided an administrator logged in via RDP can launch the app, but a user via RDP can not. I can't figure out what may be locked down that I'm missing. And my Google skills seem to have failed me.

I've been trying to figure this out myself as the new Outlook toggle doesn't work. I haven't deep dived, but I it's suspect similar to the new Teams 2.0 setup where it saves data to the packages user profile, etc, I know these are the install paths and the folders are locked down: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.OutlookForWindows_1.2023.1011.100_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\olk.exe C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams_23272.2707.2453.769_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\ms-teams.exe Teams doesn't even work on Server 2019 with FSLogix profile containers at the moment. Working on MS trying to get that fixed at least.

When new Outlook was first released and the toggle button showed up, I was able to get it to launch. I don't recall what all I had to do at that time as I thought it all just revolved around AppLocker which didn't change. It would only run for one session though, so I figured I would need to add some things to the profile container / roaming profile and that would be it. Then I let it sit for several months and it doesn't seem to be the same process. I agree that it is probably like Teams, which I also can't get to function...I thought if I got one working, I could figure out the other one.

The teams one is FSLogix related if you are using that
It works fine locally, just not as the user

Not using FSLogix, but I thought I read here that they have a fix for that now. I guess it was just a preview that I was reading about: https://worldofeuc.slack.com/archives/CKBVDG48H/p1708610561216399
