For those managing Citrix workloads with Carbon Black App Control installed (God bless you btw), be aware of this process deadlock bug. Out of hundreds of XenApp servers, maybe 10% or less of them would have a problem week to week. What I encountered was XenApp servers that would no longer allow published desktop logins ("gray screens"), failed app launches, hung sessions logging on or logging off. On the positive side, Cb 8.9.2 shaved 20 seconds off user's average login time for us.
