Possible the interfaces were recreated on in place upgrade and somehow there is a conflict with what Windows is showing you and what it believes is the running config. I'd check for ghost NICs and remove them if present.

yes, what @Jon Bucud said: • Open cmd as admin and do a "set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1" • Then in the same cmd do a "start devmgmt.msc" • Then in device manager, do a "show hidden devices" from the pull down • Now delete all nics from that brand (hidden and existing). • Then rescan for hardware and it should work again.

Thanks, no ghost nics, but deleting the wifi adapter and readding with rescan fixed it 🙂
