Yes, vDisk is correctly replicated

@Matthias Eckerle had some fun with "Async I/O"-enabled vDisks back in the days which also getting stuck during rebalancing... Maybe you can test with disabled async-IO?

Good morning @Markus Zehnle, thanks for your message. I've just tested it with disabled Async I/O foreach vDisk, sadly without any success. Any other ideas? Rebalancing is working fine, if alle services are up. We are only facing the issue when the stream service on the server will be stopped or the server will be rebooted, the failover doesn't work and only for one server of a total of four...

Is there any security software installed on the VDA? AV or maybe firewall or something similar? I had a customer a while ago, with an secure client that caused the issue.
