Honestly, I never allowed it either. Other than some built-in ones. But it seems Microsoft is moving this way for apps now. Thus allowing it to roam with FSLogix with that newish setting now. The bad thing about this, is was told it's increasing login times some. I'm not sure myself

Have been using this on Windows 11 multi-session OK. just the inbox apps at this stage. To Do is an example of a non supported app - works mostly OK, but requires a sign in to the app on each session

I wanted to clarify, is this to be able to allow orgs to use the Windows Store, or the business side of Windows store perhaps that captures the MSIX apps to roam in the profile? It's not an area I am strong it yet. Other than the built in ones. But I know the Appx/MSIX are similar I think.

Does it reduce logon time for built in apps?

Currently, the setting and feature is focused on inbox apps to Windows. Apps from the Store are coming in our next release, but chasing issues on new Teams has been taking its toll. TL;DR - the setting works and has solve many issues for customers who've previously had problems with Calculator, Sticky Notes, etc.
