That's akward. PRT Key is present? Office 2307 had an activation issue. On which channel are you on? Monthly Enterprise?

I'm on monthly channel. Windows patch level oktober 2023 / office 2305. To troubleshoot, I updated to Windows patch level December 2023 / Office 2310 Still the same issue

PRT Key present when running dsregcmd /status /debug? SSO state for the user? AAD Broker Plugin maybe corrupt? I'm just trying to give you some hints.

I solved it 🙂

Glad you solved it 👍
