I had this problem once. It was a doozy. The fix for me was to disable IPv6 on the VDA. I was running PVS.

I have exectly the same problem. Windows Server 2022 OS, VDA Version 2203 CU3, FSLogix 2210 Hotfix 2. The behaviour is like the MCS cache disk is getting full, but that isn't the case.

After downgrade FSL to 2201 HF2 no issues….
