For non-persistent, the only way it is delete it from one catalog and provision it in the other

Should I provision it as new machine?

if you delete the machine from the previous catalog it should wipe out the machine and computer account and when you provision it to the new catalog you can use the previous machine name and computer account

Ok, I know what I did wrong. I removed the machine using powershell so Computer object in AD and Hypervisor is still present. Let me clear that and try again.
