11/30/2023, 7:53 AMAll VDA's on the same network and belonging to the same DG. There are 2 delivery controllers, and the issue occurs regardless of which one the VDA is registered to. When the issue occurs, this is what we see in the event viewer on the delivery controller - which i guess makes sense since all the VDA's in the DG are unregistered

11/30/2023, 8:46 AMThey're all MCS servers so all running the same image. And the image hasn't been touched the last 6 months either - haven't tried a fresh install yet

11/30/2023, 1:57 PMwould also recommend getting to a supported version of Citrix, like 1912 CU8, but would try to get to latest 2203 if you are choosing to stay on the LTSR track.

It's also a bit complicated because we are in a scenario where we can't really upgrade the customer environment at the moment so they're stuck on this old version of Citrix. 😞
