Sounds like at a guess, your aggregation settings have "Controllers publish identical resources" ticked? If so, you don't want that

@James Kindon I will check, but I think yes. However if not ticked, applications will be seen twice until they are unpublish from on-prem

@Arnaud Pain no, StoreFront will dedupe applications if they have the same name, so if you have an App called "Bob" On Prem and in Citrix DaaS, and you aggregate the two sites, then only one version of "Bob" will be shown, you then control the priority of "Bob" based on Controller ordering, and group based access to the resource. If you tick the box for "publish identical resources", it means that you only want aggregation requests sent to one site because there is no point in aggregating identical resources from two sites....It's a bit tricky like that

i usually check the LB checkbox for aggregation, and then use Maint Mode or Disable/Enable App/desktop on either side to send users to one side or the other.
