WU reports that downloads are ready to install

Yes, haven’t seen any issues lately

Have found when testing it this month that the only things it picks up and downloads are Defender updates.

Switched to using PSWindowsUpdate (from native Ansible module) this week for patching my Master Images and appears to be working well for me? I run it twice with a controlled reboot in between (using Ansible). Post installing the updates, if I login to the machine and run Windows Update, no new updates are found.
