Btw Moonlight/Sunshine which is game streaming software just added AV1 support this week. Can't wait to test it...now I need a new NVidia 40X GPU!

10/19/2023, 8:06 PMNICE DCV can leverage the GPU and has H.264 encode available etc https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dcv/latest/adminguide/what-is-dcv.html - you have to remember it is VDI/DaaS use cases so similar to HDX there's a lot of tricks to minimise bandwidth, reuse bits of frames etc. Teradici CAS (new PCoIP not the crap in legacy VMware) now HP Anywhere, HDX and NICE are the 3 best protocols available for graphicsy use cases imo - NICE did a lot of work to make audi sync good for VFX use cases and its leveraged by a lot of CAD / 3D ISVs who are using it to offer products as SaaS
