10/13/2023, 5:40 PMWhat does your current script look like? I can run Export-CvadAcToFile by itself in PowerShell (outside of AutoConfig) and it's fully automated so long as the CustomerInfo.yml file is there.

10/13/2023, 6:13 PMI have never used that .ps1 file before. If you just run the Backup cmdlet, what happens? Are you prompted to authenticate to Citrix Cloud or something?
