You could probably use ACT to export that data
n
ACT works, but if you want a quick export to CSV, something like this is quick and dirty:
Get-BrokerApplication | ConvertTo-Csv -NoTypeInformation | Add-Content -Path .\Export.csv

Thanks, found some old code, still working: Get-BrokerApplication -MaxRecordCount 10000 | Select AdminFolderName, ApplicationName, CommandLineExecutable, CommandLineArguments, @{Name=’AssociatedUserNames’;Expression={[string]::join(“;”, ($_.AssociatedUserNames))}} | Export-Csv .\Citrix-Apps.csv

Have you looked at the Citrix Automated Configuration Tool? It exports everything from your on-prem environment, but you have total control over what you import up to your Citrix Cloud platform
It uses the remote PowerShell SDK

I second the motion for the automated config tool
