USB redirection as generic mode. Device is redirected correctly when a session is already established, and the USB device disconnected/reconnected while the session is established. If the USB device was plugged in prior to a session launch, it does not redirect automatically after launching a fresh session. Users will need to disconnect and reconnect the device. EnableForceRestartForHID enabled, redirect rules all there according to the Citrix docs. Citrix GPO "Existing USB Devices" set to connect all devices. If I change this to display a message, it does prompt as intended and can see the USB device. Strange that it works when the device is reconnected during a session, anyone have a solution?
