Lookup FSL Cloud Cache... it might do what you are after.

Cloud Cache is all there is, it's not great. If you wanted "real" offline container mode look at Citrix UPM's "local caching" feature

It's not meant to be a long-term solution to being offline, it is meant to be for short periods only, really. Hence not particularly good for devices that go offline

Given the latency-sensitivity of the FSLogix solution it's not particularly good for physicals of any sort, never mind those that go off network for long periods.

Do you need entire profile offline or just a certain thing? 

you would want a more "traditional" profile management for physical workstations that go offline.
