User layers are the only way i know to do user installed apps with pooled np desktops. What kind of storage did you use because that is what will govern performance?

liquidware does this as well if you want a 3rd party solution.

700 people need the ability to install their own apps and have admin rights? Why would you go for NP if that is the case? why not manage the persistent ones with UEM?
