Is the GPO specially an RDP policy or are you saying you configured the timeout for the Citrix Session timeout via GPO? (Ie citrix policy but managed via GPO)
k
It is an RDP policy. As far as I know, there is no direct way to configure session timeouts through citrix policies for virtual apps? Only for single-session OS

I also misread your post…sorry…was at airport getting through security
You want to extend that timer…

That’s the one I was thinking of. Also, if all that is set the first place I’d look is if the policies are correctly applying to the affected users/sessions. Sorry I wasn’t more help
k
it's not configured (so default: 0 miliseconds => sessions are not disconnected)
policies are correcty applying
I have no idea 🙂

Would you have a conflicting policy anywhere? As far as I remember they can be set by both computer and user policies
And computer policy takes precedence
k
nope, no conflicts

should be a corresponding registry key for that RDS GPO, check that? What version of cvad?
k
now on 2305
upgraded from previous versions, always the same issue
