In my experience, there are default print queue options on the print server you can adjust for all users. I can see installing a driver will have it's own default settings, but if you use a print server, you should be able to set queue defaults to what you want. Again, this isn't specific advice to Konicas, but just what I've had to do in every environment I've worked in.

Just be aware that once the printer is installed on the client, the defaults are stored in the registry. If you change defaults on the print server they won't change for users who already have the queue. You either need to delete the queue or remove the existing defaults from the registry.
