yeah, tried three browsers and my phone, everyone is getting the error
no system changes on our end, not using SAML auth
so I go to our cloud URL, it tries to load the storefront URL which redirects back to the auth page usually, but it's now throwing this error

Citrix support is so much fun. I got transferred to the wrong "department" twice. The outsourced first level agent didn't put the correct information into the ticket and entered in some random garbage. After 45 minutes on the phone, it starts loading fine and the support engineer said there was some service issue on their end.
