If these logon failures are being displayed in monitor, you could create a notification for failures there, but it would not be FAS specific. The other option is to monitor event errors on FAS and/or VDAs and create alerts when specific failures happen. The best way would be to use a 3rd party tool, but you might be able to use Triggers in WEM.

09/19/2023, 6:55 PMI would see if you can get the event ID for the failed users and create a monitor on that. But it's similar to what @Michael McAlpine stated on FAS, and VDAs.
