That’s never been a strong point of wem since it’s inception. I’ve had zero success with tile management so gave up on it years ago and just used app masking and default layouts

Separate topic - what's your source for the lock/disconnect/sign out icons? They are better than what I normally use (standard ones in the shell32.dll file)

@Daniel Marsh I think this was the site. https://www.visualpharm.com/free-icons/lock%20landscape-595b40b75ba036ed117d7093 There was massaging that needed to happen. Such as invert the colors on the picture, make sure the background was transparent, save it as a png file, and then run it through an online png to icon converter. A graphic designer, I am not.

I am no graphic designer either - my skills extend to making a StoreFront or NetScaler logon page look half decent and that's it 🙂 Thanks for the link, I will check it out.

@Matt Sliva could you help to check the following settings? thanks!
m
@Sharp Guo I tried that setting and it didn't make a difference for me. I am 99% sure my problem is because of SentinelOne. I first noticed the issue early on after installing security tools, specifically SentinelOne. I tested a number of logons yesterday with SentinelOne administratively disabled and experienced no blank icons. Next challenge is convincing the security team to put exceptions in for WEM and/or UPM.
