What hypervisor and are the machines mcs persistent or manually built?

New VMware Cluster, and they are MCS machines in a persistent catalog. On 2305

So you are going to need to get the machines out of MCS management and into their own power managed catalog -> I have a script you can use here https://github.com/JamesKindon/Citrix/blob/master/Migration%20Scripts/MigrateMCSToManual/MigrateMCSToManual.ps1 Once they are in a power managed catalog, then you can move the machines across to the new cluster, if you have a new VC with a new hosting connection, then you will need to updated the

HypervisorConnectionUid

and then update the

HostedMachineId

(if it changes) on each VM in Citrix (you can script this) so that Citrix knows where the machine is now -> I have scripts for this for Azure and Nutanix, but not VMware -> not hard to write once you understand the touch points.
