I don't see how a rename of a delivery group / machine catalog would do that. That would be more likely to be a rename of the published app / desktop.

Okie..It is an Non Persistant VDI

Citrix policies need to be updated if filtering on the delivery group name. Not sure if that helps in this situation but something to keep in mind.
