I found a workarroud I need to restart WEM Service I run this command when my VDA starts Restart-Service -Name WemAgentSvc -Force Restart-Service -Name WemLogonSvc

Also started seeing this. It seems to be a bug maybe. i went ahead and opened a ticket with support but we are also using ControlUp and are seeing the sids in that console. Yep, also seeing this across multiple tenants.

Citrix support confirmed to us this is an issue with version 114 of the backend infrastructure they host.

Symptoms or Error
Citrix Cloud Monitor shows user SID's instead of user names for some users under the "Associated User" column under Trends->Session Details.

The issue is seen for non-AD IDPs like Okta, Azure AD, Google IDP etc.

The issue is seen for Customers on Cloud 114.

Solution
Citrix is aware of this issue and is working on addressing it from the backend.
