They are the same version (v6) but there are some slight difference

10 and 11 are the same version and I’ve gone back and forth with the same profile and it’s fine but 10->11->10= weirdness with the taskbar

so to play it safe keep 'em seperate? Any tips on migrating users profiles? Or is it ok if it's a one way trip (2019->2022 for example)?

If I were moving from 10->11 today, I’d keep the same profile

the big difference is really the way the modern(metro) apps function against the profile. so yes they are all v6 in name, but not exactly in reality when you look at the whole of the profile.

I've moved several customers FSLogix from '16 to '19 without issues. (But never back.)

16-19 was kind of a tiny jump, some thing did change with the startmenu etc. 19-22 should also be OK, but you never really know with those pesky modern apps
backwards, not so much.. if that is a requirement i know a guy
