File from Ray Davis (MyCUGC) with comment: My last notes on Adobe. See if this will help?

Do they use WEM? if not, there is a tool called SetFTA. I will dig up my docs and send it
Acutally it's in the doc i sent. It's been a while for me as well.

File from Ray Davis (MyCUGC) with comment: If they don't have WEM, you can follow the same intructions with the SetFTA and logon script if needed.

• A single default install path that simplifies product deployment and management:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC
• 64-bit Acrobat supports both The easy-to-manage Named User Licensing & FRL activation methods. • Available features are determined by the licensing/activation credential rather than installing two different products. Users with Acrobat rights get those features on sign-in. Other users get Reader. • Two app installs are no longer required. • Automatic and managed updates workflows continue unchanged.
If Acrobat should launch in reduced mode AND you’d like users to access all Acrobat features via the menu Help > Sign in, then the following preferences must be set: Option 1: Manual or scripted registry configuration: • Set
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx=1
• Set
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices\bUpdater=1
• Delete any one of the following preferences or set anyone to 0 at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices
bToggleAdobeDocumentServices
bToggleAdobeSign

FYI, i was able to install reader and pro on the same server by using the 32 bit install. it seems you can't have both pro and reader installed with the 64 bit versioons.
