James we are working on POC'ing Windows 365 cloud PCs, it seems to work fine for us, but we are also hitting our external ADC pair with Ping 2FA. My guess is Azure AD auth isn't passing through, probably some FAS issue? Let me ask the folks on my team working on managing our thin clients via Intune
